FIRST RESTAURANT IN WATTON
TO BE RECOGNISED BY MICHELIN
Never before in 100 years of publication has a
local restaurant been listed in Michelin's Red Guide. Following its
recent debut as one of Norfolk's top three restaurants in The Good Food
Guide, The
Cafe at Brovey Lair in Ovington
has been included under Watton as one of Michelin's recommended UK
dining venues.
Unlike many restaurant guides and internet sites, establishments do not
pay to be listed. They have to be recommended by diners and then
pass rigorous and anonymous inspections.
Apparently,
the nearest restaurant entry to Watton since their records began was an establishment
somewhere just over the Suffolk border. |
